A mixture of classroom teaching, tutorial style discussion and continuous role-play were all key elements of the course and each played a part in the learning process. But, with an emphasis on soft skills, it was the repetition of role-play that was central to the success of the programme in providing reinforcement of learning and the building of confidence.
Our trainer was, throughout the 5 day course, giving guidance and encouragement on what proved to be a very effective and practical course.
