The team delivering the course gained our trust from the morning of day one. We were guided through the week by Steve, an experienced mediator and trainer who brought years of real life practice to the training and created a safe and supportive environment for the week. The course content included a lot of role play and group work done in break out rooms and Steve facilitated that effortlessly on Zoom.
